Pre-installation inspection


Check the compressor model, OE number and the number of pulley grooves to avoid incorrect installation.
Check the clutch clearance (standard: 0.3-0.6mm). If it is too large, it will cause poor engagement; if it is too small, it is easy to burn out the coil.
Ensure the system is clean. When replacing, the drying bottle, expansion valve and O-ring seal should be replaced simultaneously.


Annotation specification


The refrigeration oil must be PAG 46. It is strictly prohibited to mix mineral oil or other types of PAG oil, otherwise the compressor will be damaged.
The refrigerant should be added in the amount indicated on the nameplate (about 650-750g). Both excessive and insufficient amounts will affect the cooling effect and increase the risk of failure.


Operation and Maintenance


Before starting, make sure the belt tension is normal to avoid starting the compressor under load.
Regularly check for any leakage at the pipe joints. You can apply soapy water to detect bubbles.
If the system makes abnormal noises, has insufficient cooling or the compressor frequently trips and stops, it should be shut down immediately for inspection to prevent the internal wear from expanding.


Fault handling


After the compressor is locked up, it must not be forcibly started. The entire system should be disassembled for inspection and cleaning; otherwise, metal debris may cause secondary damage.
After replacing the compressor, it is necessary to evacuate the air for at least 30 minutes to remove moisture and air, and then add refrigerant and refrigeration oil as per the specifications.
